  8. The Toggle Switch Control is a TRUE/FALSE, YES/NO, or ON/OFF
  9. indicator for use with Visual Basic, Visual C++, and Delphi.
  10. The control displays captions or pictures to represent the
  11. toggle state depending on the control's value.  The control
  12. is capable of playing wave files to indicate the switch
  13. turning on or off.  It includes bevels for a 3D appearance
  14. and blinking capability to draw attention to the control.
